ON88 — Common Questions
What is the wagering requirement?
The welcome bonus carries a 12× requirement on deposit plus bonus. Live casino contributes 20% toward turnover; slots contribute in full. The headline offer is 100%.
Is a round lost if the connection drops?
The round settles on the server whatever the connection does; the result appears in the account history. That holds on fishing games and casino alike.
What is a turnover requirement?
The operator sets a turnover requirement to recover the cost of the bonus money they gave you. It means you must place bets totalling a certain multiple of the bonus amount before any winnings can be withdrawn. The exact multiple is shown on the bonus offer page.
Is this site secure?
Traffic is encrypted end to end and an account is verified once before it can withdraw. ON88 lists RNG Verified and Fair Play Certified.
Can I set a deposit limit?
Daily, weekly and monthly limits can be set from the account dashboard at any time. A tighter limit applies immediately, and it covers GrabPay and Touch ’n Go alike.
Can I play on my phone without downloading an app?
Yes, the site works directly in Safari on an iPhone and Chrome on an Android phone. I have tested it on both browsers, and the lobby loads fully, games run smoothly, and deposits and withdrawals work the same as on a computer.
When does a payout arrive?
E-wallet payouts land in 5–15 minutes. A bank transfer settles within one working day, subject to the nightly cut-off. The cashier lists GrabPay, Touch ’n Go and ShopeePay.
What happens if a game disconnects mid-round?
Your stake is never at risk from a dropped connection. If the internet cuts out while a round is in play, the stake is simply returned to your balance once you reconnect. You can check your transaction history to confirm the refund.
